If there is a problem with the product, you can return it within 30 days, we provide a one-year warranty

Shipping

We have warehouses all over the world, providing DHL Express, USPS and other transportation methods.

The goods will generally be shipped within 1-2days (Business days), you can see the shipping status in your order within 1-2 Business days, and we will also send you an email to remind you that your order has been shipped, and after delivery, a tracking number will be sent to your mailbox.

United States

All countries free shipping on orders over $50. For orders less than $50, a $10 shipping fee will be charged.

Note: If you want to buy in bulk, please check the customs policy of your country before buying. We don't include customs clearance and you need to clear it yourself. If the goods are returned because they cannot be cleared, we don't charge the loss.

Most goods in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom etc, don't require customs clearance, and will be delivered using local warehouses.

Returns

Refund process:
1: Send an email to our customer service (Support@ronitry.com), and provide your order number.
2: Explain the reason for your return.
3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by the customer service, and provide the tracking number
4: Wait for the customer service to return the money to your account (the money will be returned to your original account within 3 working days)

If the goods have quality problems, you can contact our customer service (Support@ronitry.com), we will give you the return address, give you a full refund, and pay for the shipping cost of your camera return.
Note: If it is not a quality problem, we will not pay the returned shipping fee, and we need to deduct the shipping shipping cost before returning the remaining money to you.

Time limit for accepting returns

Refunds can be applied for within 24 hours, and returns can be applied for within 30 days.

About billing and payment page security

The website defaults that your billing address and delivery address are the same. If your billing address is different from the delivery address, you can remove the default check.

All payment pages are encrypted, all your personal information will not be leaked out, please don’t worry about personal privacy leakage.

Refund

If you pay by credit card, we will charge a 3.5% handling fee of the order amount, and then refund the remaining money. Because the bank will take away your 3.5% handling fee.
If you are paying with paypal, we will give you a full refun

Product Support

2. Connect with camera via USB cable - Tips:Adjust
the camera to OFF mode. After connecting to the computer, the camera screen
will display MSDC and the connection is successful.

After completing  initial settings, want to fix the camera in
the desired position, turn on the test mode, and observe whether the camera
emits red light. (The red light indicates that the camera detected motion), if
the camera emits a red light, it means that the camera is installed in the
correct position and can sense the movement of the target area. Then turn the
camera to on mode, fasten the side lock, and the camera starts to work.

It is recommended that you write your password on a sticky note when you
set it. If you forgot the password. Turn off A1 at first. Press the “REPLAY”
and the “UP” at the same time (Don't release your fingers), then turn power
switch from OFF to TEST. A1 will delete the password for you automatically.

No the lithium batteries will not work.

No. You have to go to the camera and check the files
on the card. However There is a little LCD screen to look at the contents on
the card.

Turn the operational switch of the camera to a ''TEST'' position, click the
''MENU'' button, and using the arrow keys navigate to the option called
''Format Memory Card'' (it's almost at the very end,). Once that's done, click
the ''OK'' button. After that a message will pop up on the screen, stating that
all of the data on the microSD card will be deleted. Select ''Yes'' and click
the ''OK'' button once again to confirm your selection. That's it, your microSD
card will be formatted, and if there were any faulty files on it - they will
not cause any issues anymore as they will be deleted
